Here’s how to do it: First, locate the zippered opening on the end of the adjustable pillow cover. Unzip the cover and the foam insert inside the pillow. Inside the foam insert, you should see a bunch of small fiber wedges. These fibers can be removed or added to adjust the firmness of the pillow. To make the pillow softer, remove some of the fibers. To make it firmer, add more fibers. Extra fibers can be stored in the provided resealable bag. Do not discard removed fibers in case future firmness adjustments are desired. Once you've removed the desired number of fibers, close the zipper compartment and fluff the adjustable pillow to distribute the fibers evenly. Test out the firmness of the pillow by lying on it and adjusting the fibers as needed until you find the perfect level of comfort. Remember to be gentle when removing or adding fibers, as you don't want to damage the foam insert or the pillow cover.
